The $1.1 million redevelopment of YMCA Epping’s new Family Health and Fitness Centre has been completed.
Centre manager Rod Nadwie-Smith invited residents, particularly families, to visit the centre and inspect the gym, which includes cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines, a stretch zone, personal training and outdoor group fitness.
